• New Market Premises (Dunglawada, Chonchra): A vast area of 37.79 hectares, developed to support modern trade requirements.
• Reserved Land for Medicinal and Aromatic Plants:Spanning 8.00 hectares, this area is dedicated to promoting sustainable cultivation and trade of medicinal and aromatic plants.
